This policy applies to defective or damaged products only. Because our products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. If a product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will make it right — guaranteed.

Item never arrived (after verifying with tracking)

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. We may ask follow-up questions or request additional photos.

Replacement or Refund
Approved requests receive either a replacement (shipped at no cost) or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Refund Timeline
Approval: 1-2 business days after we receive your request
Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
Credit card refunds: May take an additional 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
Replacement shipping: 3-5 business days after approval (same as new order)
Size Guide
To avoid size issues, please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. T-shirt sizing may differ from standard US sizing — always refer to the specific measurements provided.
International Orders
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If an international package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
