Products and Pricing
All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Product images are representative only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and print production processes. Size charts are available on each product page.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully processed by Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment platform. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
You agree not to use any fraudulent payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud and will cooperate with relevant authorities in such cases.
Production and Shipping
All orders are produced and shipped by Printify, our print-on-demand partner. Estimated production time is 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Returns and Refunds
Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. Please review our Returns Policy for full details.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We will work with Printify to provide a replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on GrenaDrip are our property or used with appropriate licenses. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.
You represent that any content you provide (e.g., custom design submissions, if offered) does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Account and Conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. You agree not to use our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrenaDrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
